While I'm waiting for the account creation server to be fixed, I am wondering what the difference between the Order and Chaos servers are.
I noted there is a special rule set for Order. What is it?
Anybody care to educate poor little me on the differences between the servers?

Order is a role-playing server, while Chaos is not.

The intent was for Order as a role-playing server to provide an environment where everyone would be role-playing their characters almost all the time, therefore providing a more immersive environment. The actual main rules difference is that there are more restrictions on what you name your character, no l33t speak, and more public spaces are intended for in-character speech, but it's not heavily enforced.

There should be a link to the role-playing rules somewhere on the page where you choose servers.
