I've been a Scolar for awhile, but haven't been really delgent in keeping up
with i's growth. I'm only level 9 at the moment. What crafts can i do that gain me the most experience and increase my effeiency?

Where can i obtain more information on formulas?
Also, when will I be able to use and obtain techs?
