Default Renting or picthing a tent

Since I am not rich (I only have 6s at most), is thereor will there be a way to rent a house or buy a tent to pitch?

There certainly isn't at the moment. You need to have a plot of land and then build on it.

Join a guild, and if a guild plot becomes free, and is available to you, it can be bought for only 1s usually.. :)

There is a suggestion that there be a new security option for storage structures implemented where the permissions would be essentially deny all except for an explicitly stated list of character names.

If this was ever implemented, then it would be possible for you to rent a tent, silo or even house from someone and set the permissions to only you (and your landlord) to be able to browse the contents.

But as the system is currently designed, no it is not possible. The only way you would have access to a tent built on somebody else's plot is for it to be open to the public, unless you were in their guild, and then any of your guildmates would be able to poke through it...

As you make more money, there are a number of quests you can get from vaultkeepers that will increase the capacityof your vault space. They are expensive, though.
