Blighted items not able to decon

I looted a Blighted Fine Bronze Short Sword the other day and the option to decon was not available.

The same happened tonight with a Blighted Gold Health(?) Earring. Decon was not available.

I had thought ALL Blighted items were deconstructable, is this not so or are these items bugged?

Ah, so this is more widespread. Recently, a guildie of mine looted a blighted dragon claw. It was handed to me for deconstruction, but to mys surprise such an action was not available for the item. I shrugged it off as blighted claws being so new loot they were still bugged in that aspect. Now it seems this is a more widespread sympton on blighted items.
