is anyone able to make these ? Who can make them ? what techs do you suggest for them ? what tech drop items do I need ? How much do you charge ? When/where can we meet ?

I don't think anyone has the tech's yet, but i would recommend.

Tongs
Smelting V
STR V
a tool socket with a STR crystal in it

Pick
Quarrying V
Mining V
STR V

(if you don't do stone or gems, replace quarrying v with a tool socket.)
