just going to add a music station...

    www.last.fm

download their free player and type the name of artists you like, it will find similar ones (or ones that it thinks are similar, sometimes the links are tenuous to say the least!) and it supposedly learns your taste. I've been quite impressed by it
Arietna Winterfire, Brand New ADULT!! Purple Dragon, CHAOS shard, DIVINE RETRIBUTION Guild

Ariadne Dreamweaver - ex of Unity Shard
    Tailor 67, Weaver 72, Carpenter 85,
oh, and Spirit Disciple 57 , Paladin 34

The two most helpful I've found thus far, which are freeware (and have not been mentioned yet) are:

WinDirStat: Handy utility that gives you a gorgeous and easy-to-work-with display of your files, showing exactly what's eating up your drive space

Foxit PDF Reader: Free PDF reader, which is only about 1 MB in size. It opens almost instantly, and doesn't have the %#@%^& Adobe Gamma thing running in the background.

Very handy utilities that I've found.
