Spritist. Masterable are Area Syphon II, Syphon IV, and Spirit Link III. Plus spirit spells such as theft of lilfe, improved theft of life <different timers>, ethereal leech, and ethereal paroxysm.

Just to open up the can, I'll say that bloodmage is equal as a choice in terms of raw leeching. You can use the same spells as bald listed, you will also master syphon, area syphon, and instead of soul link, you'd get Channel Vitae, which does less damage and slightly less healing than soul link, but it's on a faster timer if I recall correctly.
