Darkstaff's armor crystal quest?

Hello, I've noticed in the last couple of patches it talks about the darkstaff crystal quest, revisions or whatnot to the quest. Can these quest still be done? I would like to get the Darkstaff Armor Crystal, but I don't know where to get the quest at. Darkstaff in Dalimond doesn't seem to give this quest.

The gnomes are still in and the quests have been updated. I finished the focus crystal quest and am working on the armor crystal quest

The focus crystal quest requires that you kill Dorgath the Frost Ogre on Scorpion Island. He's a level 32, don't remember his health. He's fairly easy. From there you go to Gregory in Dali and then you have your crystal.

The quest for the Armor Crystal requires that you kill the "portly ruxus" whom I haven't searched very hard for yet.

i cant seem to find where to get the quest. there is no one around the fountian in falathien. can some one please tell me where i can get them
