Ok, here is the list as compiled by resurveying the World Projects as of 6/17/05. Those in red have been recommended by various members of the team as being absolutely lowest priority due to danger of travel there or no resources for that structure in the area. As more recommendations are made, I will mark these appropriately. I do wish to thank all who volunteered to run/fly to these spots and resurvey them for this report. This would have taken much more time than the scant 7 hours it did without their aid. Before I let this linger any longer, the Dikaina Magic Artifact was completed a while back. One of the shard's guilds (and I'm sorry, but my mind is wandering at the moment) took it upon themselves primarily to complete it.

is there any way to get a list started about what is left to do on each shard?
i know that on blight, there is prolly a lot and i have no idea where to look for them.....
even just a general listing of all the known sites that have the ability to be player built would be a help - i don't mind running out somewhere to find out if it is done or not......

if needed, i would be happy to make it a royal decree.....

Red projects again are low priority again, due to either hazard in reaching there, lack of resources, or being lampposts. This time, I have also added the green color to offset either resources completed or projects completed. Also, I am highlighting the ones that have been requested to be higher priority in blue. If you have to make text distinctive, use decoration (bold, italic, underline, etc), NOT color.

I can see only the aqua (PITA to read) and the red. I can highlight the white stuff to read it but that's no fun.

I just have it set to the standard black background. I see all the pretty colors. :)

That's just ODD! I have my text color set to WHITE, except for the parts I colored. No highlight except the few blue ones noting priority.

Well, that's the problem. it is forcing it to white, instead of default. For those with the light background, the text is completely invisible, and the aqua is very hard to read.

Unfortunately all light coloured text is hard to read on the generic forum theme, and there isn't much we can do about it other than avoid using coloured text for our posts. Maybe this won't be an issue if / when new forum software is in place, but for now it really is a case of trying to accomodate all forum users by ensuring our posts are rather bland. It works both ways too, selecting dark colours of text won't show up on the default theme all that well either.

If folks haven't seen what it's like, it is worth following the "Control Panel" link at the top of the forums, and alternating between the default and generic themes while looking at some of the posts. It soon becomes apparent which colours don't work well on either theme.

Sorry to step in and sidetrack from the original intent of the topic, with the problemdetailed let's keep the rest of this topic on-track. [;)]

Ok, now I have a color scheme that appears to work with both setups:

Regular text in dark gray
Low priority projets in red
Completed resources or projects in green
Priority projects in white with blue highlight

Are there any other suggestions to color anyone wishes to make?
