Lair Entrance Question

The screenshot that we were graced with showed some lair entrances up near the top of a cliff, inaccessible to hatchlings and naka-duskael. Are lairs being designed so that you can have a secondary entrance that non-flying dragons could enter?

I'm wondering because there are some dragon only guilds, and they do have hatchling members, so it would be a shame if the "guild-lair" or member lairs with crafting equipment or consigners wasn't accessible to these members.

The dev's have mentioned in other threads that some Lairs would have ground access. I have not seen mention of secondary access, though, just simply that some lairs would have main access that would be usable by bi-peds (and thus hatchlings too).
