You have to wait for a couple of minutes before looting is allowed. Quest credit not given for these kills either.

Found that also ... and another - even more severe - bug.
When fighting some mobs (i think it was mostly mage-types and ogres) they suddenly disappear. Most annoying when you already have them down to 10% of health and then *poof* they are gone ... :-/

well i have heard its prolly server wide in chaos quite a few people are haveing probs with it
