Can;t rant in rants, can;t go off topic in off topic, and yes, I have tried PM's to discuss this ludicrous locking thing.

since very little is actually locked I think..with the fake mods bouncing around I think so long as things are kept civil off topic will be off topic i think[^o)] so...on with the regularly unscheduled programming?[~]
