Strange. It shows up as fine internally. I'll see what I can do to fix it.

Could this be Unity specific? I was able to scribe the form on my lvl 75 biped outfitter because the skill req was clearly labeled as 1, and when I mouse over the scribed expert form on my dragon, it reports skill 1 as well.
