Started doing the Stars of Attunement, recieved a message in chat window tha have received a new quest - "ARoP - Ritual of Journey: Stars of Attunement", then the sdame message was repeated, but looking in quest log .. nothing there

I am having the exact same problem - is it a problem with the quest update or as intended?
