Normal sized arrows do normal sized damage.
Want Dryad sized arrows for Dryad sized damage? Good idea! Same for Half-giants. And melee weapons, and packs, and cargo gear.
Seems best to leave it as it is.

No, everything else scales for Dryads. Weapons, spells, armor, etc. If a tiny flame bolt can do as much damage as a big flame bolt, there's no reason a tiny arrow wouldn't work the same way. Not that it's the actual arrow that determines damage, like bullets the damage is based on the force behind them. Bullets are tiny and light, yet one of them can kill a man instantly.
