Suggested by one of my friends if i could help them get rid of all the dead land haze (sky effect) and replace it with default sky (NT sky)

I guess this is to help with lag? Or something? I don't have a laggy computer so i couldn't tell if it helps with lag at all but if you hate haze this will help your daily istarian life.
(First mod ever made by me yay)
Oh and there was no actual file editing to make this mod just file switching and renaming.
