with the addition of level caps the info on the Free to Play acces has changed to:

* 1 Character Slot *
Bipeds Level 10 Cap per School
Dragons Level 15 Cap per School
No Plot or Lair
10 Global Consignment Slots
1 Concurrent Login
Can Not Use Account Upgrades (see list below)

my main question here is: what about those that had free-to-play accounts with a human that's already way over those level caps? or is unlimited human access still a thing?
