Downloading

So i have some friends from SWG who wanted to give this game a try, and they are having trouble downloading the game. It appears the game crashes when it's about 99% DL'd and anther friend had the same type of problem... anyone have any solutions?

Also when they are getting into the game they are finding it very laggy. I find this shocking cause i don't have nearly the computer they have and i rarely find it laggy, so i was wondering if there is something wrong.

Friend reinstalled, but is crashing to Desktop and has horrible lag upon character creation. He has a comp that should be able to handle this
