i couldn't agree mor, we pay for the service as anyone on the NA shard does. so why do get a half assed service.

But i'm afraid its not simply a matter of tulga giving GN the boot.
gn owns the database, and thus our caharacters, achievements, plots and whatnot.
Perhaps Tulga can renegotiate the contract in such a way that GN will be obliged to give better support?

Or we give a list to Tulga what our current rating/items/cash and whatever is and we are allowed to create a new character on order or chaos with the same rating and items...
If that is possible I move over... eventhough I would have to pay with CC...
But forcing or negotiate GN into giving better support is also good... [:)]

I'd love to have Tulga take on Unity, but question-can they afford to run another server right now? And the extra support demands? Especially considering the backlog on issues....

The two times I have cancelled my accounts (came back because I missedHz too much) were due to Unity or Wind being down for a weekend without GN even being aware of it.
If Unity fails out of office hours...that's it, no game until someone gets in on Monday morning.

I'm from Canada and there by claim Chaos as my home, but I agree. Unity players deserve more support then they're getting anda company that actually cares about them. Good luck to you Unity. Here's hoping for someone that'll treat you right....or that GN will wake up and treat you better. Either way is good.
Also, if push comes to shove you could always come over to Chaos and Order. It would mean starting a new charactor which would admittedly suck but you would be taken care of and we'd be glad to have you.

Isn't it that we pay the same amount in Euro as they pay on the NA servers but then in USD?
12.95 Euro = $15.30 USD at current exchange rates.
In that case we would be even paying more for less.
And how exactly should this complaining thread work exactly? (work to solve your 'problem')
Personally I think the support is good, had response in my cases all withing 4 workdays, and all 'problems' solved. (including character movement, renaming, plot issues, bug in my horizonsinstallation)
