Problem in character creation

I have downloaded the free trial and when i try create my first character i choose unity server and then i have to upload the game but when its uploading the process crash and i cant create my character, any solutions??? thanks

sorry to say so but the Charakter creation on unity is broken since 23 of March or so. Nothing happend till now in that case.

I suggest playing on one of the North America shards (Chaos or Order) if you have a credit card. There are people on at all hours and the support from Tulga is much better than what GN gives Unity. I don't know anyone from Spain specifically but I have some friends from Europe on Order.
