    Default Billing Problem

    Yesterday I had 3 subscriptions, today my account is only showing 2 active, although I should have 3, none of which has expired or been cancelled by me.

    The Next Billing information shows 3 subscription dates but I am unable to do anything at all with my account, it just throws up errors.

    Reyem has my user email already.

    Problems, problems, problems *sigh*

    Thanks for trying Ophelea, I did what you suggested in your PM but nothing has changed and I'm still without my 3rd paid subscription

    I've put in a support ticket, but only had automated response so far.

    That's because we're still working on it.

    I'm sorry I didn't respond to you sooner, Poppi. I had to leave to get my kids on Friday and then I had a 20 hour power outage yesterday and although I was at Tulga - I spent it pretending it was a Saturday.

    I do have your PM, I have forwarded it. It's part of the billing issues we've been having lately. They are looking at it.

    I haven't forgotten you, I promise.
