Does anyone have any idea how long it will be until Order and Chaos come back up? I see that Blight is up and running, but all of my characters are on Chaos, and I really am not up to building another character on Blight...

Servers aren't down. That status is lying.

Yes, server status has said offline for some time now (was fixed briefly once). As long as you have the word "PLAY" after your characters name u can log in.
