What is your position within EI Interactive and how long have you worked there?
Customer and Technical Support Team Lead. I’ve worked for EI for about a month now.
Why did you become a Customer Support Lead and what do you hope to accomplish?
Someone was needed who was knowledgeable of support for Horizons. I was once the Customer Service Supervisor, so it worked out well. I also know a lot about the game and tools. I hope to make Horizons continue to grow and continue to make it an enjoyable place for our community.
What was the first game you ever played using your computer?
I have no clue. I know the first game that made me addicted to the computer was Warcraft II.
What other mmorpg have you or are you currently playing?
I’ve played EQ, DAoC, Matrix Online, AC, Planet Side. I currently play Horizons and WoW.
What do you do for relaxation after a hard days work?
Play video games, watch T.V and movies or just hang out with friends.
What is your favoite television show?
There are so many. Rome, The Office(US version), Las Vegas
Do you visit any other gaming websites and if so, what ones?
Bluesnews, Gamasutra
If you had one wish, what would that wish be?
Sleep
What kind of pet or pets do you have?
I have a cat named Link.
Where do you see yourself a few years from now?
As a Senior Designer.
