PME FFS help new users!

This weekend I got another request to help someone getting into horizons.
He downloaded the game and was sure it was European version and he wanted to play in USA with us and......
In the end after 1 day trying he was still not logged on.
IF PME really wants to help this game change the client download-account-creation-loggingin process. For this, take a look at other games which CAN be easy.

And btw, I declined the request and tolled the guy "this game is not worth spending energy in, maybe in a few months."
That hurts.

Without new players no MMO.

Even if it was the European version, logging in at the US side the update will make it US, you have to download a lot but it will work.
Don't know about the trial/ how to get the key but for the game itself it works if you just download and update.
