I have decided to make a list of the remaining lairs that are left for people to buy on Chaos.

There do not seem to be many left and the ones that are cannot be accessed without flying to them and they tend to be very far from a portal in/out.

As far as I know there do not seem to be any "for sale" lairs left on the mainland (although there are plenty of owned unbuilt lairs). If anyone is aware of any please add onto this list
