this is a word game a friend and i invented (not terribly inventive, i know) long ago to induce creativity prior to writing. as i say, it was just the two of us to play, but i think it will work for us as a group as well.
basically, it is just a call and response type of thing. to play the game, players must use letters of the english alphabet in order to begin sentences or phrases that rthyme with the previous sentence.
example:
first player: a is for adam, the very first man
second player: bigger brains make for a good plan
second player: copious amounts of beer is always so good
third player: d is for dillinger, a tough irish hood
so aside from the first player (which will be me, obviously), all players must respond to the previous sentence and post an new one. any sentence form or structure is valid, as long as it starts with the appropriate letter of the english alphabet.
i am posting the alphabet here now, not because you need it, but because i do!!
