Problems login

Is anyone else having troubles to login the game?

So far I'm unable to login with the stand alone cliente, i get the error:

"Horizons Launcher could not determine if it is out of date or current
Click Yes to download the latest version anyway, No to continue.
Error Code: connection interrupted, unable to connect to server"

If I click no and try to login it time outs.
if I click yes it load the Horizon Patcher dragon-window but nothing happens.

if I try to log from play.istaria.com the browser time outs and did show anything
the same happens with support.istaria.com so I'm unable to open a ticket.

any help is much appreciated

Sorry forgot to add that accounts.istaria.com loads fine as all the other pages I ussualy visit so i dont think it is related to my connection.

That is a bit strange. Whenever I get that error from the launcher, it means my net connection is out or the router is acting up (it likes to disallow browsers but keep running things like WoW sometimes) 100% of the time. If you have a router that you can restart, I'd suggest that, as router-restarting is something that we do over here that fixes stuff like that most of the time.

Thanks for the advice but still not working, and I can play other games online but still no luck with Istaria

As can be seen accounts is the ip 68.142.64.218 and support and play, the two that dont work for me, are the 68.142.64.217.

if I ping 68.142.64.218 it answers ok but form the 68.142.64.217 one I dont get response

Decided to give your advice a second chance and reset the router again, and it WORKED!!!! thank you very much Raptress.

I'm happy now

Seems like I called victory too fast, I'm able to login with the standalone launcher but it gets stuck at the Horizons Patcher Dragon-window, also https://support.istaria.com still not working for me so I can't open a ticket

The web launcher (https://play.istaria.com) don't load
