Does going green mean we will get an online Player Guides

With the big news that Horizons Istaria is completely green now. Should we be expecting a good working Players Guilde? Would be nice to start a list of what should and should not be in the guilde. Like what race is best for what class and what stat numbers effect ablity. .....

Just a reminder, in the Help section of this forum, there is a subsection called Player Guides that players have written and keep updated from time to time. Players also have started and maintained at least three wikis on Horizons, plus the "formal" gamersinfo.net/horizons site (which is rather out of date on info, but still has good info on classes specifically).

All the guides are now out of date. With forms no longer carried by certain trainers and even the from that are carried have been switched around. Knowing which trainer to go to now has to be updated.
