Did the support site change?

It looks much different than it did two days ago and it won't let me submit a ticket.

Yes we are using the new support website.

And your log in for it is the same as your game log in information.

I've logged in and it will not allow me to submit a ticket.

My account expired today and I am not sure why. I am currently on the demo account and upon checking my email I found one from a week ago saying that my account had more than one character on it. This is not the case at all. I still only have one, human, male character. Any thoughts how it got classified differently?

A sticky would be a good thing I guess in the general section.
Also, on the istaria.com website, the link has not been updated yet (browser cache empty )

Agree would be a good thing for those that havent installed the game with new options.

if i chose Istaria under programs i have the following options
Account
Character Mangement
Community
Play Istaria
Support
Uninstall


If the links ar working should that cover all my needs
when i comes to Istaria
