Yay new patch, manty changes n fixes. 1st thing i did was fly to the lairshaper trainer as i was told in my ticket that the bug with the quest your recieve at lairshaping lvl 40 will be fixed.
Well still i do not get those forms to create the items of the quest much less does the npc sell them.
Im still stuck at ls 41 with no ways to advance since i cannot make any t3 items..

I could have sworn this fix was part of one of the most recent patches to Blight. In fact, I distinctly remember Velea and I discussing it.
Either way, I am sorry you are still having difficulties. If you will submit a ticket we can give you the formulas.

I have just looked at the quest on Order.
Lairshaping Mastery Part 3 gives you Journeyman Imbued Bar immediately after Relstaroth says "When you have finished your work, return here so that I may examine them to determine your progress. Go, now."
When you return with the Imbued Gold Bars, he directs you to make Strong Excoriations, and gives you the Journeyman Excoriation formula.
When you return with the Strong Excoriations, he directs you to make Primal Essence and gives you the Journeyman Primal Essence formula.
Please remember that if you had the quest active when the delta was applied, you would need to drop it and pick it up again from him to receive the updated version of the quest.
But I have looked in Order's database and confirmed that the correct version of the quest should be the one Relstaroth hands out now.

But will you be able to buy the forms should they be accidentally deleted or database looses the scribed form ?
