I am coming back to Horizons for several reasons so , But have forgotten my password and the secret question thingie. I emailed the support addresses but still no responses yet. What is the turnaround on these kind of issues and is there something else i can do?

I had the same Problem after I wanted to come back from a break, the easy route was...

..I phonedthe support team directly in italy ( since I am a European Player ) ...I am sure such a similiar solution would work as well for you [:)]
