[Fixed] Outfitter : Excess Shoulders
When taking the quest. There is no follow up quest text from Johald. You have to talk to him again to actually start (even though it has entered your quest log).
This not the case for other Outfitter quests on New Trismus, so I guess this is incorrect / bug.
If you take the quest and go straight to Geoff as the subsequent text tells you (that you won't see), you cannot advance the quest.
