Elmnic underwater

Was just flying to the portals from Darvus (long trip.. can we get a portal in Darvus? Ok, back to the point) and noticed a pond that I didn't recognize.

I've cleared my cache since the last patch, today actually again (and before it like always) but it's still there.

Hey, we have a built in swimming pool! *chuckles*
Swims around the water more before the pool is drained.

Oddly enough, it is safe to port into Elmnic - you just cannot leave the town on foot without having to fight drowning. The edges are in deep water all around.

Did you clear your world cache after the latest content update?

does it matter what shard/character you log in as when clearing the world cache?

Am on Order Shard - World Cache cleared see water overhead surrounding Elmnic Arrival Pad. Can breathe just fine while at or near arrival pad but get breath bar proceeding in any direction from Elmnic Arrival Pad.

Sorry about the unexpected swimming lessons, I just updated the patch for all shards with a couple new files that should fix this.
