Error Id: 62... simultaneous connections??

Playedyesterday morning... No problems. Logged out as I usually do. Tried to play in the afternoon and I get a transport error. Chaos server.

Error ID: 62
The login process was unsuccessful because this account has exceeded its number of simultaneous connections. If you recently logged out with this character, please wait a few minutes before logging in again.

After many attempts to login, I continually get this error. I have found nothing on the message boards nor in the support pages.

I, of course, am only trying to connect with one computer. It is NOT my home network nor my computer (I believe), because I can login and playa seperateaccount from this same computer.

I have tried:
Logging in to the website and logging out via the link.
Logged in with seperate account (same machine) checked to see if chars
were online... None of my characters were online.
Logging into my account on a seperate machine... Error ID: 62
Full scan (multiple times).
Rebooting machine.
Rebooting Modem.
Removed World_cache (suggestion from seperate post about different problem).
Removed Char_prefs (suggestion from seperate post about different problem).
Created a support Ticket, but have not heard anything yet.

Any help would be much appreciated.
If anyone has had this problem and found a work around please let me know.
If there is a permanent fix, please let me know.

What are your character names? And are they all on Chaos?

Created new trial account.
Logged in without a problem.

And just so everyone is on the same page, the new trial account created was simply for testing purposes. It is in no way an acceptable solution to the problem I am having.

We made some changes the other day that should have gotten this taken care of, but I just wanted to confirm if everything is working properly for you now. are you still having any issues with this?

Having this issue, and a great deal of issues with the world cache. I am lucky if one in ten tries I actually get the game to load. I have sent in a support ticket as I am nearly unable to even login at this point.
