Not yet. Player built anvils in shops that give bonus to skills do not seem to work. Grandfathered shops ( that grant no bonus) seem to work. At least this is pattern so far.

The main point is to allow crafting hoard on plots near resources without porting back to dralk or chiconis. (once all the player built ones work) This would also allow dragons who own plots to do all thier crafting on the plot. I am guessing it is a stop-gap measure until such time as scaleforges can be built on plots/lairs.

And for that I am thankful. No need to get in a fuss.
