May not be a bug, but dragons can't craft scales at anvils on private plots only at town machines.

Is this working-as-intended, or a setting that still needs to be changed?

My biped and dragon characters (same account) share a plot and so my dragon will not be getting a lair down the road, he shares the plot with my dryad. Being able to use the anvil would be very helpful
