techs on armor

Anyone have a list of what type of techs can go on which pieces of armor and jewelry? For instance, masks can have collection techs, capes can have processing techs, shoulderpads can have finished product techs.

Seems like there was an official dev post on this somewheres.

Also, does cargo armor follow the same tech type rules as normal armor? For instance, would i be able to put Weaving 3 on both a cargo cap and a rough hide leather cap?

And you could check the craftcalc from matecuss to plan things too.
