On Order, the communities of Morning Light and South March nearly all the plots are condemned. I don't know what other communities might be, but is there a reason for it?

These plots are supposed to be resized in the distant future, but already made so that nobody can buy them.
That is the only reason I can think of anyways.

So uh, most of Morning Light is now Condemned, why is that?

Our plot condemning process is running a little overzealously (I know, not a word, but I made it up) at the moment. I suspect that there's an off digit that is responsible. With this being a holiday weekend in the US, the problem won't be fixed for this next maintenance period most likely, but I'll keep on our programmer to look when the weekend is over.
