I want to install this, but only temporary, and I have too many mods to full scan it off. Suggestions?

The readme file inside the zip file tells you how to uninstall it. It lists the files that will be extracted to your resources_overrides folder, so to uninstall this, you'll have to delete the files listed in the readme file. And ofcourse clear yer world cache afterwards
