Well after comparing the black eggs right next to the black alt eggs and with a little help of tilting my screen I can finally see the difference! But how do you get a black alt egg? Do they ever show up anywhere?

From breeding. If you're lucky,you may pick one up that someone else bred then abandoned.

Not sure. I bred mine with my skywing and got lucky.
