The Public Quest Editor nears completion as the first series of quests created by players using the tool is patched to blight for testing.

It is a great day for us as we reach another milestone with our public Quest Editor tool.  With the next patch to Blight we will have twelve new quests available from the revamped Town Marshall in Sslanis.  These quests were created by none other than LaughingOtter and we're very proud of the work he's done and we hope that it will encourage further creation using the tool. 

The tool itself is in the final stages of beta testing and we're currently compiling the documentation and LaughingOtter is working on an unofficial FAQ.  So look for the tool to be released in the coming months for general public use.
