Greetings, citizens of the Empire!
The Bureau of Observances has decided that the time has come once again to call on the creative talents of the people of Istaria in support of the upcoming Fall Festival.
The Empire is asking the storytellers and artists among the Gifted to submit scary stories and frightening designs for masks and headscales to the B.O.O. office in Tazoon. Two stories, one mask, and one headscale design will be chosen as winners, and the winning submissions will be added to this year’s Fall Festival celebration. The creators of the winning works will be recognized by the grant of a special emblem, proclaiming them to be a Teller of Tales or a Masker of Disguise! For full details and the official rules, please see the attached statement from the Imperial Legal Department. Good luck to all, and prevail, the Empire!
